The whole life cycle management of cables includes the monitoring of the production process of cables, the testing of cables into the network, the monitoring of the operation status, the aging assessment and the information feedback. Qingdao Huadian High Voltage Electric Co., Ltd. together with North China Electric Power University, Sichuan University and Qingdao Power Supply Company jointly developed the cable life cycle management system.
